The First Flower

IT'S FINALLY HERE!!!  The first flower of the season.  I've been waiting for this day since the first snowfall..lol!
As I took a little walk through the garden with Miss Shelley I quickly noticed the lone little crocus who was already being visited by a bee.  YAHOO!!!!

 It truly is a magical time in the garden.  Perfect for bird watching as the trees await their new leafs.

The robins are singing, the chickadees, cardinals and blue jays are very happy with my home-made suet(bird seeds and bacon grease). 

Soon the grass will be green, the pond will be flowing and the roof on the gazebo... 
 Life's good.  :)
